Peter is a corporate finance specialist with over 31 years of experience in the North East, Yorkshire and beyond. He helps early stage businesses start up, helps them grow all the way through to their flotation years later, and he can handle pretty much every corporate finance "event" one can do in between.

Experience
Any number of transactions in varying sectors for different clients but was pleased to help a very well known gaming group in Middlesbrough in a range of matters including:

  • Strategic acquisitions.
  • The exit and staged buy out of a major founder.
  • Their overall group reorganisation.
  • Advising on the regulatory, legal and commercial risk aspects.
  • Associated governance issues arising from the group diversifying from its core business into hospitality, bars and restaurants, property/facility management, security, and specialist assets.

Outside of the office
Peter's varied interests include: the outdoors, motorbiking, rock 'n' roll, family and travel. Oh, and spaghetti westerns.
