Instructed Hay & Kilner to do Wills, LPAs and Tenancy severance as we are already using them for our parents’ estate. The process was very smooth and we were given a first class service. All the staff were very friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I must give a special mention to Tom Bridge whose knowledge, help and advice was outstanding. He really is a huge asset to your company and we will continue to use Tom when needed.

Thanks to Tom's friendly approach and expert professionalism, the drawing up of our Wills and LPAs was an actual pleasure.

Tom listened to what I wanted, was happy to make amendments to wording based on my needs and opinions but make sure everything was right legally. I was kept up-to-date the entire time and Tom was very friendly and down-to-Earth.

Hay & Kilner have provided excellent service during a very complicated probate resolution. I could not have asked for a better team, led by Tom Bridge.

So grateful to our friend for recommending Tom Bridge to us. As well as being very knowledgeable and professional, Tom was friendly and approachable. Wills can be very complicated but Tom explained everything to us in "plain English" which was much easier to understand. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tom to other friends.

Friendly and direct contact with Tom. Would recommend and would use again.
